Job Summary

The General Manager is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of White Mind Facility Management. This position ensures the efficient delivery of services, maintains high-quality standards, and drives the company’s strategic goals. The General Manager will lead teams across all service areas—cleaning, logistics, and healthcare—while fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Leadership & Strategy
    • Develop and implement operational plans to achieve the company’s goals.
    • Lead and inspire teams across all service departments to deliver exceptional results.
    • Monitor industry trends and recommend strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
  2. Operational Management
    • Oversee daily operations across cleaning, logistics, and healthcare escort services.
    • Ensure all services are delivered on time and meet or exceed client expectations.
    • Streamline processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  3. Team Management
    • Recruit, train, and manage staff across multiple departments.
    • Conduct performance evaluations and implement growth plans for team members.
    • Foster a positive work environment to motivate and retain employees.
  4. Client Relations
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs.
    • Ensure customer satisfaction through regular feedback and prompt resolution of issues.
    • Represent the company professionally during client interactions and events.
  5. Financial Oversight
    • Manage budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure financial targets are met.
    • Analyze financial reports to identify opportunities for growth or cost-saving.
    • Approve contracts, purchases, and other financial commitments within delegated authority.
  6. Compliance & Quality Assurance
    • Ensure all operations comply with local regulations and company policies.
    • Maintain high standards of safety, cleanliness, and customer service.
    • Conduct regular audits to uphold service quality across departments.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a management role, preferably in facility management or a similar industry.
  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage budgets and analyze financial reports.
  • Proficiency in project management and operational planning.
