Job Summary
The General Manager is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of White Mind Facility Management. This position ensures the efficient delivery of services, maintains high-quality standards, and drives the company’s strategic goals. The General Manager will lead teams across all service areas—cleaning, logistics, and healthcare—while fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Leadership & Strategy
- Develop and implement operational plans to achieve the company’s goals.
- Lead and inspire teams across all service departments to deliver exceptional results.
- Monitor industry trends and recommend strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Operational Management
- Oversee daily operations across cleaning, logistics, and healthcare escort services.
- Ensure all services are delivered on time and meet or exceed client expectations.
- Streamline processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Team Management
- Recruit, train, and manage staff across multiple departments.
- Conduct performance evaluations and implement growth plans for team members.
- Foster a positive work environment to motivate and retain employees.
- Client Relations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through regular feedback and prompt resolution of issues.
- Represent the company professionally during client interactions and events.
- Financial Oversight
- Manage budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure financial targets are met.
- Analyze financial reports to identify opportunities for growth or cost-saving.
- Approve contracts, purchases, and other financial commitments within delegated authority.
- Compliance & Quality Assurance
- Ensure all operations comply with local regulations and company policies.

Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a management role, preferably in facility management or a similar industry.
