Job Summary
As a Cleaner at White Mind Facility Management, you will play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in both private and commercial spaces. You will be responsible for ensuring a spotless and welcoming environment by performing a variety of cleaning tasks efficiently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Daily Cleaning Tasks
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust designated areas.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and shared spaces.
- Empty and dispose of trash in accordance with regulations.
- Ensure all cleaning equipment is used and maintained properly.
- Deep Cleaning Duties
- Perform deep-cleaning tasks, such as washing windows, scrubbing floors, and cleaning carpets.
- Sanitize high-touch areas, including door handles, desks, and counters.
- Respond to special cleaning requests from clients or management.
- Health & Safety Compliance
- Use cleaning chemicals safely and in accordance with safety guidelines.
- Report any hazards, damages, or maintenance issues to the supervisor.
- Follow all company policies and procedures to ensure a safe work environment.
- Customer Interaction
- Act professionally and courteously when interacting with clients.
- Address client concerns promptly and inform the supervisor if needed.
- Team Collaboration
- Work closely with other team members to complete tasks efficiently.
- Assist colleagues in larger cleaning projects when required.
Qualifications & Skills
- Prior experience as a cleaner is preferred but not required (training will be provided).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Attention to detail to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
- Good physical stamina to perform manual tasks.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment is an advantage.
